HBsAg Test

HBsAg Hepatitis B Virus Surface Antigen diagnostic reagent takes colloidal gold as an index marker based on the principle of immunochromatographic analysis rapidly detects HBsAg in human blood. In detection, if the sample contains HBsAg, it will react with labeled antibody to form complex under the effect of chromatography. The reaction complex moves forward to the detecting area along the nitrocellulose membrane and is captured by hepatitis B surface antibody on the nitrocellulose membrane and finally form a pink reaction line in the detecting area. The results are positive this moment. If the sample does not contain HBsAg, the pink line will not appear in the detecting area and the result are negative this moment.
Specimen: serum, plasma, whole blood. Sensitivity: 0.5ng/ml
